Why is the service free ?
The service is free because we are paid a commission by the venue that we confirm on your behalf, we can negotiate the lowest possible rate at the venue, which would possibly be better than you would get yourself.

Are venue rates increased to cover the commission payment ?
No. You would be charged the same rate if you had booked it yourself.

Do you have a minimum number restriction to deal with my booking ?
No. VenueStyle deal with bookings from 2 delegates to over a thousand, VenueStyle value your business no matter how large or small your event.

What if I want to see the venues you proposed ?
Simply let VenueStyle know where and when and we will organise all the arrangements on your behalf.

What is the procedure to confirm a venue ?
Once you have chosen your venue, VenueStyle will forward a written confirmation to you detailing your requirements. The venue will then send you a contract direct for you to sign and return
